About Kevin

Kevin Fleming is Lincoln Electric’s Automotive Manager for the Global Industry Segment team. He began his career with Lincoln in 2001 as a Technical Sales Representative, then became the Regional Manager of Advanced Technology Solutions in 2011. During that time, he was recognized as an SME for advanced technology waveforms, robotic interfaces, high-speed low spatter welding, CQI-15, Industry 4.0 solutions, and welding on zinc-coated materials. Most of his career was spent interacting with Automotive OEMs and the Tier suppliers to those OEMs.

Kevin assumed the Global Industry Segment role in 2022. In that position he is responsible for understanding the current and new challenges the industry faces, then developing new innovations to help solve those challenges.

Kevin holds a Welding Engineering Technology B.S. degree from Ferris State University. He is also an active board member of the American Welding Society, West Michigan section, as the scholarship chairman.
