About Jerry

With over 35 years of diverse industry experience, my career has been a journey of constant learning and growth. I started my manufacturing journey as a welding apprentice and later transitioned into wood model-making through another apprenticeship. Then, while working full-time in injection mold-making and CNC machining, I took night classes to work towards my college degree and expand my expertise further.

I then delved into tool design and engineering before finding my passion in sales and estimation. Owning my own business for over 15 years allowed me to refine my skills in customer service, business development, estimation, and engineering. Joining the Baker Industries team in 2014 was a natural progression for me. In my current role, I concentrate on driving business development, leading estimation efforts, and providing engineering expertise.

I am passionate about solving complex manufacturing challenges with innovative solutions, bringing cutting-edge designs to life, and helping shape the industry’s future. My commitment to innovation and problem-solving makes me a valuable asset to our customers and the Baker Industries team.
